NCPC Beat 27X Redevelopment Vision

Below is a table showing the things that we would like to see happen in the future to the Melrose-High Hopes beat. It was compiled by the members of the NCPC to help guide us in setting our priorities and to help put these ideals into motion.

Parking lot at Foothill and Fairfax to be used by Flux and neighbors

Fairfax Theater opened again with community events

The community involved with teaching music, sports, and language in the neighborhood and schools

More clean streets and less blight (e.g. Bancroft Way, San Carlos, Congress)
